If you purchased tickets to the Auckland, New Zealand show, and can show that you reside outside of New Zealand and/or were traveling to New Zealand for the show, you will be offered the chance to exchange your tickets for tickets to the one of the shows in Melbourne or Sydney in lieu of a refund.
